Neshomo - mental health charity, Manchester. Neshomo is a culturally sensitive and confidential adult Jewish mental health charity for adults. We strive to be accessible, welcoming and accepting of all. Our goal is to improve emotional wellbeing and reduce stigma within the Manchester Jewish Community. We match people with all types of mental health problems to bespoke befriending to help them achieve sustained wellbeing.

Services offered include:

• We have a team of doulas to support women during pregnancy, attend hospital appointments where necessary, and attend the birth.
